Terms of Service

1. One Kingdom per Player

Each player may only have one active kingdom at a time. You may delete your kingdom and start over, but you may not maintain multiple active accounts.
Note: Multiple players in a single household may share the same computer. We have methods for distinguishing separate users.

Same Household Policy
Players in the same household are welcome to play, but must strictly avoid behavior that resembles multi-account cheating. This includes:

  • No regular resource transfers between household players (via Send Aid or Market or any other mechanism).
    • Exception: Occasional small gifts (e.g., up to 10k gold, 10k food, 1k wood/iron) are permitted.
  • No spells cast on each other.

These actions are heavily monitored and are typical indicators of “multi” abuse. Players violating this policy may be flagged or banned without further warning.

Functional Multi Abuse Policy
Accounts must be played with the genuine intent of participation, not solely to benefit another player. Examples of “functional multi” abuse include (but are not limited to):

  • Creating or using an account that only casts spells, generates resources, or sends aid to another kingdom.
  • Logging in occasionally only to perform actions that benefit another player (such as sending resources or casting positive spells), without playing the game meaningfully.
  • Having friends or family create throwaway accounts to provide resources, aid, or tactical advantage.

These accounts are considered unauthorized support accounts and are subject to deletion and/or bans for all related parties. Every kingdom should stand on its own and contribute to the game – not exist just to prop up another.

2. Acceptable Names

Your kingdom and leader names must follow our policies for respectful and appropriate language. Names deemed offensive or disruptive will be changed or removed.

3. Forums and Messaging

The same behavioral rules apply across public and kingdom forums. Kingdom-specific data may be shared in your kingdom’s private forum, but public spam or abusive posts are not tolerated.

4. Passwords and Account Security

You are responsible for your own account. Do not share your password. Shared accounts, or “kingdom sitting,” where someone else manages your kingdom for you, is prohibited (email support@thardferr.com for exceptions).

5. Valid Email Address

You must use a valid email address when registering. Accounts with unreachable emails may be deleted without warning.

6. Unauthorized Scripts

Do not use unauthorized external tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the game. Violations may lead to a permanent ban.

7. Cheating & Exploits

If you’re found exploiting bugs or using multiple accounts to gain an advantage, your account(s) and any related IPs may be banned.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketers.
We use third-party services such as:

  • Google Analytics (site usage tracking)

  • Flarum (community forum platform)

Data Retention

Inactive or deleted accounts may be removed after extended inactivity. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Shop Addendum

  1. Order Acceptance
    • All orders are subject to our acceptance and stock availability.
    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, at our discretion, even after payment.
  2. Pricing, Payment & Taxes
    • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
    • Payment is collected at the time you place your order.
    • You’re responsible for any local sales tax, VAT, duties or import fees levied by your country (unless noted otherwise).
  3. Shipping & Delivery
    • Processing Time: Orders usually ship within 5 business days of payment.
    • Destinations: We ship worldwide.
    • Carriers & Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping-confirmation email with tracking details once your package departs our warehouse.
    • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs clearance fees or import duties.
    • Lost & Delayed Shipments: If tracking shows your order as delivered but you didn’t receive it, you’ll need to reach out to your carrier so they can help trace where your package may have gone.
  4. Product Descriptions & Availability
    • We aim for accuracy in all product details (materials, dimensions, features).
    • If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll notify you and offer a comparable replacement or a full refund.
  5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
    • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change-of-mind, sizing or style preferences.
    • Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, email marketing@thardferr.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll, at our discretion, replace the item or issue store credit.
  6. Disclaimer of Warranties
    • All products are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), except as required by law.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thardferr.com’s total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the purchase price of the affected item. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
  8. Intellectual Property
    • All designs, graphics and content for our shop products remain the property of Thardferr.com. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.
  9. Governing Law
    • These shop terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  10. Updates to Shop Terms
    • We may revise this addendum at any time; changes take effect when posted here. Your continued use of our shop constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
